Cancellation and/or rescheduling of programs
1.1 Our programs are designed so that participants can learn from one another as well as benefit from faculty input. Therefore, each program will have a minimum cohort number of participants to achieve this. When it is anticipated that we will not achieve this minimum number, sessions will be rescheduled, or if necessary, cancelled. In such cases, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer alternative session dates where possible.
1.2 If a course is cancelled and not rescheduled by us, a full refund will be given to you.
1.3 If a course is rescheduled and you can’t attend the new dates of the new course, a full refund will be given to you.
Refund Policy
A refund can be made 30 days before the start of the event.
